People & Partnerships
The Compass team is comprised of two teachers in each classroom, studio teachers, a learning support team, a student support team, an operations team, a leadership team, and many related service providers and paraprofessionals. Compass is governed by a board of trustees.
Compass has forged several community partnerships since our opening in the fall of 2014. We are continually working to strengthen our community partnerships and to build new bonds with organizations in Fort Greene and beyond.
